Katy/West Houston

Ashley Ciotti is a Katy-native and Texas A&M University alumni and now lives in Fulshear with her husband, two children, and miniature dachshund. Ashley has cultivated lasting relationships through her time participating in Hillel at Texas A&M, and she is now involved in the West Houston Jewish Community Center by way of her children, who are enrolled in their early childhood program. When she isn’t schmoozing with friends old and new, Ashley enjoys the great outdoors, painting, and crafting. Ashley’s commitment to connecting with local Jewish families has allowed her to plant her roots and find her home in this ever-growing and very supportive West Houston community. Facebook group
The Heights

Diana Basist was born and raised in Los Angeles/ San Diego. After moving to Houston, it took some time, but she discovered the Heights, where she and her husband are raising their baby girl alongside their high energy Australian Shepherd. Diana’s journey with the Jewish Federation has spanned many life stages — from her involvement in Moishe House as a young professional, to FedU during her early relationship, and now as a PJ Library Connector while building her family. Each step has deepened her connection to Jewish life and community, and she is passionate about helping other families find those same meaningful opportunities. Diana is excited to meet and connect with Jewish families in the area, fostering a warm and welcoming community for all. Facebook group
