Beth Yeshurun Day School Gala : The Enchanted Garden: 70 Years and Growing

Each year, BYDS plans and hosts at least one major fundraising event that allows the entire community to come together and celebrate the school in a fun and festive atmosphere. Our Gala is an opportunity for parents, teachers, and friends of the school to let their hair down and mingle (sans kids) outside of the day-to- day hustle of the traditional school environment. These fundraising efforts often present an occasion for BYDS to acknowledge and honor an individual or group of individuals for their steadfast commitment to the school through the recognition of awards of excellence. The proceeds from these events are instrumental in allowing BYDS to further its mission “to foster confidence, leadership, a love of learning, and a sense of responsibility in students by honoring individual strengths in an environment dedicated to academic excellence, Jewish teachings, and the continuity of "Jewish values.”
