Names, Not Numbers® Premiere & Program Naming
join us for a powerful and meaningful evening on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Holocaust Museum Houston for the premiere of this year’s Names, Not Numbers® student documentary.
Guests are welcome to arrive at 6:00 PM to explore the museum and walk through the exhibits. The documentary premiere will begin at 7:00 PM and will be followed by a light dessert reception.
Over the course of last school year, RMBA High School students participated in Names, Not Numbers®, an powerful Holocaust education program that engages students in historical research, interviewing, filmmaking, and testimony preservation. Through this experience, students build meaningful connections with Holocaust survivors and help ensure that their stories are remembered and shared with care and dignity.
This year’s evening is especially meaningful, as it will also include the naming of the David Mitzner z”l Names, Not Numbers Program at Robert M. Beren Academy, a tribute that reflects both our commitment to Holocaust education and our gratitude for a legacy that continues to impact our school and community.
We would be honored by your presence as we celebrate our students’ work, recognize the survivors and families whose stories have shaped this experience, and mark this special milestone for the program.
