Groomers, trainers, specialty treat shops, pet adoptions, music and more will help shape an afternoon of joy at Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism's 3rd Annual Bark Mitzvah! Food and fun for all! Free and open to the community! Rabbi Steve Gross will lead a Bark Mitzvah service for all canines.
