How do you spiritually prepare for the High Holy Days? Just as we can’t begin a workout or a race without a warm-up, our High Holy Days require a warm-up, too. The Adult Education Committee is excited to present the music and spiritual practice of Rabbi Shefa Gold, who will guide us throughout the weekend before Rosh Hashanah with new insights, meaningful experiences, and beautiful music as we become spiritually prepared for the High Holy Days.
